Looking Glass Counseling is often seeking skilled clinicians to join our team. You must be fully licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LICSW or licensed psychologist) to practice in Massachusetts.

We have two locations in Somerville & Medford, MA, and also provide telehealth. We are currently hiring for our Medford team only.

We are seeking applicants with specialty experience in the following areas: perinatal mental health, LGBTQ+ clients, gender identity, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, racial identity/racial trauma, EMDR and IFS.
